The mission of Azalea Recovery Alliance is to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering community for individuals in recovery from alcoholism and addiction in Lowndes County. Led by people with lived experience, we offer peer-based services, pro-social activities, and connection-driven support to help individuals build meaningful lives in recovery. We aim to reduce stigma and promote long-term wellness for all through compassion, community, and celebration.
Our Recovery Community Organization (RCO) offers connection, support, and purpose for individuals
healing from alcohol and drug addiction.
This is a place where you can come as you are—and grow into who you’re meant to be.
Azalea Recovery Alliance is on a mission to open the doors to a dedicated recovery community center right here in Lowndes County—but we can’t do it without your support. As a brand-new nonprofit, we’re seeking funding to secure a physical building, cover staff salaries, and support essential start-up costs like furniture, program supplies, and utilities. Every dollar brings us one step closer to creating a safe, welcoming space where recovery is not only supported but celebrated. Whether you’re able to give a little or a lot, your contribution will help change lives and build a stronger, healthier community.
Please consider making a donation today. Recovery begins with community, and community begins with you.
Recovery isn’t a solo journey—it takes community. Azalea Recovery Alliance is a place where healing is possible, hope is real, and no one walks alone.
